Bazpur also known as Bajpur is a growing city in UdhamSingh Nagar district of Uttarakhand, India. Bazpur was established by the Chand king Lakshmi Chand (1597–1621) and was later developed into a leading agricultural town by the migrants from Punjab who arrived in India during the Partition of India in 1947.

Kashipur ( 20 kms ) is one of the important industrial and historical town in Udham Singh Nagar. Snow capped peaks of the Trishul can be seen from here. Kashipur was founded during the time of Harshavardhan ( 606 - 647 ) AD. It was known as Govishan during that time. The ruins of the earlier settlements can still be seen around the city.
