Kempty Falls or Kempty Fall is a beautiful 40 ft waterfall and a popular picnic spot in Mussoorie Uttarakhand.
The waterfall branches into five different falls where the tourists can have a stimulating and refreshing bath.

The river Yamuna at a point almost 12 km, down the hill on crossing the Aglar River, meets the waters of Kempty Falls.
Fishing facilities are provided here. However, permits are to be taken from The Divisional Forest Officer, Mussoorie, before fishing at here.
How to reach Kempty Falls
Kempty Falls is located at an altitude of almost 2000 mts above sea level.
Jolly Grant in Dehradun is the nearest airport at a distance of 80 kms and Dehradun is the nearest railway station . Buses are also available from nearby cities to the place.
Dehradun to Mussoorie is around 36 - 38 kms approx via Jakhan and the total travelling time takes about 1hr 30minutes.
Dehradun ( 38 kms ) Rishikesh ( 80 kms ) and Delhi ( 270 kms ). Kempty falls is 12kms from Mussoorie on the Mussoorie - Chakrata rd.
Light woollens in summer and heavy woollens winter are advisable. The summer season extends from April to June. The winter season is from September to February. Snowfall is expected around December - January - February. The Best Time to visit Kempty Falls is anywhere between April - June and September - October.
