Delhi ( 500 kms approx ) . Delhi - Haridwar - Rishikesh - Devprayag - Srinagar - Rudraprayag - Karnaprayag - The base of Bedni Bugyal is Tharali ( 47 kms ) from Karnaprayag on the Karnaprayag - Gwaldham rd drive further towards - Debal - Mundoli - Wan - Lohajung.
The alternate route to Lohajung is via Almora - Gwaldam -- Tharali - Debal - Mundoli - Lohajung
Then a 10 kms trek from Lohajang Pass through Wan village and lush green rhododendron and oak forest is required to reach Bedni Bugyal.
Further 10 kms trek from Bedni Bugyal takes you to Ali Bugyal.
Bedni Bugyal is well connected by motorable roads to nearest destinations such as Rishikesh, Karnaprayag and Almora from New Delhi ISBT Kashmiri Gate.
The state transport bus terminals in Uttarakhand are located just outside the railway station. They are a cheap and economical mode of transport if on budget.
Private taxi or cab fare is anywhere between 2500 - 3000 for a one way journey from Rishikesh to Karnaprayag.
